Island View Cottage is a non-smoking environment.  You may smoke outdoors but there will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee if you smoke inside the cottage. 

3 Bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, satellite TV, fully equipped modern kitchen.

Local only telephone service, rowboat provided, life vests provided – note: children MUST wear life vest if boating.  Only electric motors allowed.

Occupancy is restricted to number of guests registered at time of reservation.

Guests are asked to respect the privacy of other home owners by keeping the noise level at a respectful level.

Weekly stays are $580.00 requiring a deposit of $100.00 at time of reservation with balance due 14 days prior to check in.
